Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when subscription fees and add-on purchases are refundable on the Mailexs Service operated by Synthfy LLC, operating the Mailexs platform ("Mailexs", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
2. Money-Back Window
New customers may request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 7 days of the initial charge if they have not materially used the sending features (defined as no live campaign sends). Contact [email protected] to request it.
3. Domains & Mailboxes
Domain registrations and mailbox subscriptions purchased through Mailexs are provisioned through third-party providers and are non-refundable once registered or provisioned, because the underlying provider charges us immediately. Mailbox terms you choose (a 1, 3, 6 or 12-month Titan term) are charged up front for the full term and are non-refundable once the mailbox is provisioned. Any refund for these items is subject to the provider's own policy.
4. No Refunds for Policy Violations
Fees are non-refundable where an account is suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy or Terms of Service.
5. How to Request
Email [email protected] from your account email with your reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
