Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

Mailexs is built for legitimate, permission-respecting business outreach. This policy defines what is and is not allowed. It exists to protect deliverability for every customer on the platform. Violations can result in immediate suspension.
1. You Must Comply With Email Law
All sending through Mailexs must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, and the EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules.
- check_circleUse accurate "From," "Reply-To," and routing information — no header forgery or misleading subject lines.
- check_circleIdentify the message as an outreach communication and include a valid physical postal address.
- check_circleProvide a clear, working opt-out in every message and honor it promptly.
- check_circleMaintain and respect a suppression list of anyone who opts out, bounces, or complains.
2. Prohibited Recipients & Lists
- check_circleNo purchased, scraped, or rented lists where you have no legitimate basis to make contact.
- check_circleNo sending to addresses harvested in violation of a website's terms or to recipients on your suppression list.
- check_circleNo knowingly emailing minors or sensitive/regulated audiences without proper basis.
3. Prohibited Content & Conduct
- check_circleNo unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or "get rich quick" schemes; no phishing or malware.
- check_circleNo promotion of hate, harassment, violence, or sexually explicit/adult content.
- check_circleNo impersonation of others or of Mailexs/Synthfy.
- check_circleNo deliberately degrading shared deliverability infrastructure (e.g., reckless volume that triggers blacklisting).
4. Deliverability & Sending Hygiene
You agree to warm up new inboxes, respect per-inbox daily sending caps, verify lists to limit bounces, and keep spam-complaint rates low. Mailexs may throttle, pause, or disconnect inboxes that show abnormal bounce or complaint rates to protect the wider platform.
5. System Email Separation
Transactional and system messages (sign-up, password reset, billing) are sent through our compliant transactional provider and must not be used for outreach. Cold outreach is sent only through the dedicated outreach inboxes you connect or purchase.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and disconnect inboxes — with or without notice where the platform or other customers are at risk. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
7. Reporting Abuse
